The Service Centre of The Department of Civil Protection and Emergency Management in Egilsbud in Neskaupstaðir will be closed starting tomorrow, April 2nd, and will be closed over Easter. It will reopen on upcoming Tuesday, April 11th and will be open for the rest of the week, until April 14th. The centre's opening hours are from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Support is available for residents and others who have been in some way affected by floods or the risk of flooding in the East Fjords. The support includes, among other things, the provision of information of various kinds. In addition the Red Cross offers psychosocial support.
